The First Batch

On October 21, 2017, founder Dave aka "Milli" traveled to Shipshewana, Indiana, to complete the first batch of Milligan’s Island Salsa.  Milli had to wake up at 4:30 a.m. in order to arrive on time to watch the first batch of Milligan’s Island Salsa come to life.  What once was a dream for Dave became a reality.
